The MACCOR 4300M desktop battery automatic testing system has all the functions of the original 4300 standard model, with the addition of an 8-bit sample multiplexer. The 8-bit sample multiplexer enables each sample testing channel to be connected to Princeton Par4000 or strong impedance testers 1260 and 1287, enabling AC impedance testing of each sample.
Performance characteristics
Suitable for a wide range of product testing (such as batteries, supercapacitors, fuel cells, etc.) and battery electrochemistry
Within an acceptable cost range, it is easy to scale up and supports capacity expansion
Easy to use and maintain, minimizing manpower.
User defined configuration to meet the changing and evolving needs of customers
Easy to meet a wide range of testing needs.
Each testing unit operates independently in other locations
Users can program multi-step testing, such as constant current, constant power, constant voltage, constant resistance, or voltage sweep (cyclic voltammetry)
Using MIMS client software, data can be easily drawn and presented using different standard graphics. Several types of graphics can be displayed simultaneously and display settings can be saved as templates. The results obtained from different samples can be overlaid or displayed side by side in a single graph.
